After following Toby Buckland's highly helpful 'How to put up plant support wires' video, I have just put up some wires in the garden. They are pretty much horizontal and it shows how skew-wiff the fence is!

 

I can never win...

    Don't worry.  Once your plants grow up to use the supports the fence will be hidden.
