Delphinium Dying - drought or virus?????

In March I purchased 3 delphinium plants from a local reputable garden centre. Each one has doubled in size since planting and has flowered, however in the recent weeks the plant seems to be failing, the foliage started yellowing and now it looks like this?  Yet my other 5 plants which have been planted for a few years are blooming better than they ever have.

Another of the plants which is currently flowering well has black spot on the leaves

I am worried that it might be a virus - in which case does anyone know who to stop it - a) before it kills the plants totally? b) before it infects my other 5 plants that are close by.
