Plant Identification Help Please

Hi, Could anyone help me in identifying this tree in my garden please? Was there when I moved in. Smells beautiful and my neighbour wants one but I have no idea what it is?? Thanks in advance image

    Yes...3 of them but struggling to work out how to upload them from my phone!! Might have to move to my laptop!

    Thank you, the photos do come up clearer and the right way around if you click them image

    It has the most wonderful scent.  Does anyone know if they can be propagated??  Could get me in the good books with the new neighbours if so image

    I agree with hogweed, a Philadelphus, more unusual for the double ones to have such a strong scent.  Very nice.
