Tomatoe Plants
This year I grew tomatoes from last year seeds. they have popped up nicely, sending out clusters of flowers. After the first 4 / 5 clusters of flower, the plant has developed one major shoot in the middle of the growth area, with either a large single flower, (like a dandelion), or it's a cluster of heads all so tightly packed they look like one flower.
I'm not sure if they are beef or black tomatoes, or is it an alien !!
Any advise appreciated.

Some of the large fruited varieties do this and you get a larger, sometimes very distorted fruit from that flower. It may be caused by fasciation or is believed to be natural in some varieties and is called the 'king' flower and produces a 'king' fruit.
