No, that's not wild garlic - it's Fat hen - Chenopodium album, a weed often found in disturbed and agricultural land.
It's often used by Asian cooks as a vegetable, and then it's called Lamb's Quarter.

If you sowed this year your wild garlic will still be very small, like a little blade of grass. Not like fat hen which is an annual and has to get on with flowering and seeding.
You might find some ramsons round the fat hen
