Caterpillars on my sprouts

Pick them off, remove any eggs, then cover the plants with butterfly netting

    If you don't want to kill them, the only answer is to pick them off and then cover with small mesh netting, making sure you don't leave any gaps (especially near the ground) where the butterflies can get back in.  You can spray the eggs with soapy water if you don't like using chemicals.
