Hi I have a malus x morelandsii 'profusion improved' that has been planted for about 6 weeks.
We followed the planting instructions and added some bone meal.
We purchased from a nursery and It looked healthy and had a few flowers and buds but has gone down hill and is droopy with dark spots on the leaves.
It hasnt gained any height and is around 6' tall, all flowers and buds have gone.
Can anybody suggest what might be wrong and a possible cure please.

I would get back in touch with the nursery most nurseries have a gaurantee on their plants, it certainly doesn't look good.
ok will contact the nursery tomorrow.
Do you think it is unrecoverable?
