Canary Creeper problem

Can anyone tell me what is this problem on my Canary Creeper?   I am thinking to use a systemic fungicide to clear it, can anyone advise the most effective, please?

Are all the leaves like that or just a few at the bottom.

(I do love these long summer evenings, have just been out to take a photo for you, nutcutlet!)

It started at the bottom, on the large leaves, but now there are affected small leaves all the way up the plant.   Here's the photo.

    That's a splendid plantimage

Do you think it's grown so fast it needs more food?

There are actually four plants in there, but it's quite a large container 14"x14"x14", plus which I used slow release fertilizer granules, so I don't think that's the problem.   I have three other similar pots which are slightly affected, so shall spray one first with Rose Clear (black spot, rust etc.) and see what happens.

But I still want to know exactly what the problem is, not just guess at black spot!
