Lobelia Tania's sister propagation method?

I bought one Lobelia 'Tania's Sister' last  year. I wanted to get some more but they were sold out and I couldn't find them elsewhere online.

I shall have a go at dividing it next spring but wondered if taking cuttings was an option as dividing is going to take a long time to produce a large swathe of them which is my plan.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Can be propagated by seed sown in Autumn or spring, or split.

I do as Verdun, I have the Queen Vic variety, standing in the pond. I found  several little plantlets growing from the base of the plant, potted them all up separately into three inch pots, kept in cold greenhouse over winter, then potted on in Spring.

Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
