There was a new golden leaved jasmine that came out about 10 or 15 years ago here - Fiona Sunrise. That may well be the first one. You can google for pics to be sure.

I don't actually eat the strawberries, they have a terrible effect on me. At least I don't eat them until they are made into Jam. I picked them for my wife who really does enjoy them.
Went and had a look at some of our Jasmines, if yours has reasonable sized flowers of a creamy hue then it could be J. Clotted Cream. Ours of that has slightly mottled leaves at first.

First one is very Jasmine like. Not sure about the second, it could be a Honeysuckle.

Is it possible that the 2nd one is also a jasmine but a sick one?

Obelix beat me to it with Fiona Sunrise. I went out to look at it and got side tracked by a huge box of strawberries which needed picking.
There is Jasminum officinale 'Variegatum but I am not sure that yours is as variegated as this normally is.
We have one which appears variegated when the leaves are new, but they then turn green. It too has small white flowers.
