Hi all, If any of you Ladies remember Charlie Dimmock , she used to garden in bear hands as well ,but to avoid soil and other debris from getting under her nails she would drag her fingers across a bar of soap so when she washed her hands the soap would dissolve hence clean finger nails . Maybe Carol doe's the same.I hope so.
Well. having enthused about the program in the first place (I started this thread). After watching the first two items 'Jungle' & 'Jamaca' this morning, I switched off.
David you need to skip that bit and see if there is anything you enjoy in the rest of the programme on iplayer some bits I like and some not so interesting to me but then it is your own opinion
clogherhead. I do the same with soap, it needs to be a bit gooey to dig your nails into though but stops muck getting under them and a nail brush on your nails takes away all the muck on top.
I've cooked Sunday dinner when no one would have known I'd been in the garden.
