Well it made me titter
. Hopefully the apology saved many of the staff from abusive phone calls. It's all soooo silly.
I'm sure there's all sorts of words/terms that some pseudo-sensitive souls might raise an eyebrow at.
What about those of us who frequently turn a sod or two ?
