Hi. I found this today and cannot identify as friend or foe.
Checked on ladybird larvae but unsure.
Can anyone help please?

Looks like a tick!! - Help required
Pic's a bit blurry, but I think it's a Bishop's Mitre Shield Bug http://www.gardensafari.net/en_picpages/aelia_acuminata.htm quite common, not a problem, but it would be happier outdoors, pop it into some grassy undergrowth in the garden.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

If it was an aphid eater I'd have left it be...

He was a jumper... A real pair of strong legs on him, like a big flea.. Eeewww.
