Need advice on when and how to prune these plum trees please

Hello,
I bought the wife some trees which we planted March 2014.
The two plum trees are next to each other and are slightly different varieties.
We have no idea when or how to prune them.
I have just taken a video of each tree. Hopefully someone could look at the videos and give us some advice, please?
This is plum tree 1.

We lost the label on one, but the other is Pershore Purple St Julien A maiden Organically Produced. BG-ORG-05. I don't know if that helps.
I'll measure the distance between the trees tomorrow and post again. I'm guessing they are about 3 metres apart, which is maybe twice as close as they should be?
If they are too close together can we dig them up and re-plant them?
We also planted two apple trees at the same time. All 4 trees are equally spaced out.
We planted them in an area at the bottom corner of our paddock which we cleared of brambles, nettles and thistles, rotovated and raked. Then we put some sticks around them with strimmer wire round with CDs hanging from them to discourage interest from the rabbits, foxes, badgers and deer that frequent the area.
In the proceeding year, the CDs have all disappeared, but the trees seem fairly established, now.
