honeysuckle problem

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my honeysuckle and if I can solve the problem, the plant has flourished and has been healthy for over 8 years, this is the first time I have seen this - see attached photos. Any help much appreciated!

Yup, soapy liquid, might have to do it a few times but not deadly. Has it just all flowered at once?

I would just give it a good sharp blast with the hosepipe, then hang some birdfeeders with sunflower hearts in close by - the bluetits will come to the feeders, see any aphids you have left, and eat them while they're queueing for the sunflower hearts
