Team Leader, large chunks of wood, hard plastic, plastic bags......coffeee maker, cuddly toy, luggage set all present BUT NO Glass.
I feel like i have been robbed
To be fair, i didn't want a high quality compost so was expecting some 'rubbish', know this spounds a bit mad but i needed to know what difference the bacteria made to the plants growth and good compost may have masked this.
However, from now on based on your experience i will be wearing gloves!!
I bought one of the verve grow bags and put 3 courgettes in, (also had some in pots). The ones in the grow bag did nothing, I pulled them up after 6 weeks and the roots were minuscule, just the same as when I planted them. Transplanted one from a pot that was thriving and that has died. Absolute rubbish.
I bought a bag of Arthur Bowers compost last year, complete with glass, roofing felt and blue painted pieces of wood.
I emailed them and they sent me a bag to send a sample back to them and a week later I received a £15 voucher but I would of prefered a bag of decent rubbish free compost which I don't think exists anymore!
