What's eating the flower stems on my lavender
This is my first post. Planted about 3 months ago in Derbyshire, I have just noticed that alot of the flower stems on both of my lavender plants are keeling over. On closer inspection the stalks have been munched nearly all the way through, the culprit leaving brown munch marks. I've shaken the plants over white paper to check for Rosemary beetle but nothing fell out. The two bushes are about 15 feet apart either side of hard paving. Any ideas?? I can send photos if necessary.

The rosemary beetle has arrived in Ipswich! That was what was munching my lavender, fingers crossed I think I've got them and the plant is fighting back, I found them hiding in the bit between the old and new growth, can be hard to spot there. Also found a couple of big green catapillers on it too!
