Lupins blossoms gone ? ?

My lupins were looking great yesterday but this morning they are all missing their blossoms from the middle and from one side. Is it a bug or a disease?

    Have they left seedpods or are the stems bare?

    Sometimes lupins loose some closer like that

    One of mine did that last week - there were flowers scattered on the ground - I put it down to the strong swirling winds we had then.
