Passion fruit plant problem

Hello. My 8 year old passion fruit plant has always been very healthy with shiny leaves even though it's growing in mostly clay. This year however some of the new shoots have yellow spots on leaves and they are kind of wrinkled. Not all the shoots are like that. Anybody knows what's the problem and how can I solve it please? Thank you.
