Hi, does anyone know if this is a weed? I have a few popping up in my garden, any advice would be great.
Caper spurge, Euphorbia lathyris, opinion will be devided on weed or plant. I quite like them

Those round lumpy things are seeds. So it flowered. But it's very low key. More of a foliage plant/weed.
Note Euphorbias are the ones that leak white stuff when you cut them and it can be painful on the skin
They make smallish flowers. The beauty is in the structural shape of the plant though. I like them, though they spread quite a bit if you let them. A tall undisturbed seedling standing proud and straight is quite a sight.
Painful on the skin should I dig them up
up to you nikki. Most gardeners have some euphorbias somewhere. Wear gloves when you handle them and be gentle so it doesn't spurt.
I've handled them bare handed many times and only been damaged once
