Apple leaf problem
I have a young cox's orange pippin tree, planted last year in pretty well full sun and a sheltered position. It had a few brown spots on the leaves last year, and this year practically all the leaves have spots on them. It appears to be frog eye spots, but despite searching the web I can't find out what to do about them. It also did not flower at all this year (though this may be normal for a young tree).
Look forward to any help I can get as I really want to save the tree (Cox's apples unheard of here in France and they are my favourite - hence the tree being given to me by my daughters).

I contacted orangepippin.com, from whom the tree was bought, and after looking at a couple of photos they have told me it has Rusts - about which, apparently, I can do very little apart from keep the tree healthy (how am I supposed to do that?) and make sure the grass doesn't grow too close to it!
Any comments anyone??
