Giant poppies

I didnt plant these. They just arrived. And grew and grew and grew ...The big one is about 4'6". They have several buds and I've identified them as papaver somniferum. Would they transplant, as they are completely in the wrong places, or should I put them in the recycling bin?

Those pictures are of perennial oriental poppies, not annual opium poppies. Lovely, though!
