Help with herbs

Hi all, I bought a fair few herbs yesterday at the gardeners world live show yesterday and was wondering you could advise me how to look after them? I bought : Lemon verbena Pineapple sage Lemon curd thyme Chocolate mint I plan to put them in pots I think but my allotment is a very windy site, with no shelter so it gets very cold in winter. Are these winter hardy? Are they perennial? I do have a greenhouse on my plot so they could go in there but it is unheated. Many thanks

Lemon vernevna and pineapple sage are not hardy.

I don't know lemon curd thyme or chocolate mint

Chocolate mint should be fine outside. It will die down in Winter and return in Spring, but like all mints it will wander and take over new areas.

I have lost both of the ones I commented on in a cold GHimage But in a mild winter I've had both survive outside.image

Pineapple sage also didn't survive over winter in a cold greenhouse for me in Sheffield.

    Fantastic flowers and scent though!
