hi wills, mine is starting to fill out now, not many flowers yet but they will come, leaf miners are driving me mental at the mo as i have been cutting alot of leaves off, so my leucanthum snaow lady is virtually bald of leaves now except the flower stalks where as a week ago they were bigger and better than ever image

i think i made a mistake of putting them in my plastic compost bin & now worried they will infect the bin as it doesn't create heat as i just add to it as and when, i usually put that type of stuff in my brown bin but just didn;t think and have since mixed it all up, what do you think?

  • Bits of my garden are doing well. The lupins are thriving away. The Holly hedge is covered in flowers and new growth after its spring prune and the Borage is running away with itself. Digitalis is away to throw up flower spikes as are the Eryngium. The other half of the garden where i planted the T&M perrenial plugs is still a but bare though that should have filled in before the summer is out.

I'm underwhelmed by my front garden again - need to come up with a better plan and replant in autumn.

I think it's because it's a square, and only really viewed from the road...can't quite get to grips with it...image
