Shame but no it isn't. I think it comes for 'dinner' as the garden is really long with no obstructions down the centre part so it has a long length to swoop down and catch dinner !

Some were thinking it was a bat, but you and I knew it wasn't a bat. It soars so gracefully and so acrobatically it is very special to watch. It is definitely a house martin. Thank you.

Is it nesting on your house? I used to love watching the martins build their mud nests on the farmhouse wall by my bedroom window when I was a child
