Falling back in love with your garden!

I work 30 miles from home, so my 'proper' gardening only happens at the weekend.  Does anyone else fall back in love with their patch on a Saturday morning?

I think most people are just like youimage I was until I retired a couple of years ago. Now I'm in the garden at every opportunity, it's getting a revamp after 25odd years of one day a week spruce up.image

Bit wet this morning so this one is without going out in the rain, the main garden is off to the left. Man cave is the white building. I made the herb planter using an old TV stand  frame, old fire bucket/re painted and planted up.

I keep moving so I don't get the chance to fall in or out of love with my gardens! I did love the  garden I had until about five years ago. I was there for about fifteen years and there was nothing much in it at the start.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Just found this of round the corner on our camera. This was in May when not much out in flower. last year I chopped a 25 year old tree down that was past its best, that was in the middle of the picture next to the Hawthorn.image
