Prunus Accolade - yellow leaves.

Hi
I have had this tree planted for about two weeks now. However today i have noticed some yellow leaves.
Is this down to overwatering or bad drainage? When we planted we dug about a 600mm deep hole and wider at the bottom. We filled with a mixture of existing soil and manure. Also mixed with bone meal. At the 600mm mark there was a fair bit of clay.
