What's happened to my lupin leaves?

Can't see any aphids or anything under the leaf curls. Its only affected one lupin plant and only some of the leaves. Any ideas?

Perhaps some kind of leaf miner? Whatever, suggest you remove affected leaves to stop it spreading and feed plant to give it the best chance of fighting it off.  Good luck.

  • This happens to my Lupins all the time, though not on a massive scale and usually to the lower leaves. So I always though it may be slugs nibbling the leaves and the leaves shrivelling up in response to the damage, much in the way the Gooseberry leaves shrivel up when Aphids attack them?

  • Its not leaf miner or slugs. Even the new leaves are growing deformed like that. I'm cutting them off and hoping for the best!

Some of my Lupin leaves are like that this year but I haven't seen any evidence of bugs, slugs etc.  They are flowering fine though.
