Need couple bits of advice about tomato growth?

First Beef tomatoes:
I have 2 beef tomato plants in a large-ish pot. I planned to separate them as they got bigger. They're only 20/maybe 25 cm high and gone in to flower! I'm worried I've stumped their growth -- but half hoping, they keep on flowering through the growth and this is nothing to worry about! --- any thoughts?
Neat n' Sweet cherry toms
in April about 150 seedlings sprouted in a few pots left from last year. Even though they've been growing this whole time, the largest is still only around 15cm high, and the rest are barely 10cm.. I'm certain my shop bought seeds grew twice as fast as this. I have the smallest in seed trays, some in small, medium and large pots. - I'm still finding new ones sprouting up... I'm just a bit miffed by the slow growth - even of the ones that have plenty of room to grow.
The strange thing is, the ones I left in the pot are SUPER crowded, you cannot see between them. But they are the largest and seem to be thriving!. The depth of the soil must be the reason. I'd like to understand how tomatoes think, if possible! haha
Thanks in advance.

Neat n'sweet cherry you should have potted them on by now usually when they got
their first true leaves. When sowing tomatoes start in seed tray don't put a lot in only as many as you want , when they come up wait until they have their proper
leaves then put them singly in 5cm pots when they fill the pots with roots pot them
on into their final pots.
They mostly all have proper leaves. Most are baby plants at this stage. Like what you'd see at bootsales.. kind of size. They all have tomato smell now too.
But having looked around, there are loads more just out of the seed - seedlings too. They just keep on coming! I honest to god thought they were basil (I let run to seed last year) for about a month! haha
I don't have the amount of pots needed. I'm growing all sorts of things. If they had of been basil like I thought, they'd have been fine crowded like that.. I wouldn't need half the space I need for toms.
BUT -- some good news. The church are going to take a dozen off my hands and raise a tiny bit of cash for themselves in the process. If it goes well they'll take more, and there's other weekly events over there that I could (hopefully) sell some on at too. I don't mind buying a bulk of 9cm pots - but really can't afford a 100 plus large ones, plus compost.
