ripening strawberrys

How do you get all the strawberry red mine are just going red were they get light and the part on the straw is green .

They will ripen fully by themselves in a few days now, just check every day and try to resist eating them before they are fully ripe.
I think all you can do is sit impatiently and wait for them to ripen at their own pace.
I grow mine in pots. You dont get that problem.
