Help with shrub id please

Hi everybody,

You did such a great job of identifying my first query shrub that I thought I would try another.  It may be easier to id as there is a pic of the flower head too.

Plant overview (though a little difficult to see properly as other shrubs nearby):

    Thanks very much Edd.  I just looked it up and there seems to be no doubt about it.  It's growing amongst so much other plant life that some thinning will have to be carried out at some stage.  Once I know what the others are I can make a plan, so no doubt I'll be posting some more photos soon.

    What a fantastically helpful forum this is.
