Quince not setting fruit

I have two quince trees, both planted at the same time about 10yrs ago. One called Ekmek crops heavily year after year (often breaking branches) and currently about 12 ft high. The other tree is Vranja currently about 15ft tall and covered with blossom every year but has only ever set two fruit a couple of years ago. I have decided that if no fruit this year it is coming out! Both have now finished blooming and looks like a good crop on the Ekmek but I can't see any on the Vranja. Surely the two trees can't be that different?
