My Alicante tomato tip has splint into 2 do I leave as? or pinch one off?

You really only need one stem otherwise it will expend energy into making growth at the expense of tomatoes. Follow the main stem up from the base and then take out the 'spur'. Don't forget to pinch out all of the side growths as well as again they take away from the fruit creation.
