Can't see number 1 when I enlarge the photo so can't help but if it is a buttercup get rid as they spread by creeping roots as well as seed..

No 2 looks like a form of hardy geranium.

No 3 is an annual poppy.

No 4 may be self sown black or redcurrant.   If so it could do with being moved to a better spot so it can grow well and produce fruit.  Otherwise, pull it out as they self seed freely.

    Thanks for this.

1/2 - Shall I wait for them to finish flowering and then just cut them down to the root?

    3 - I will let it grow

4 - I will uproot it as i want to grow grapes along the wire above it.

2 is a Geranium x oxonanium or similar... don't kill it. I have some and find it handy for planting in awkward shady spots (I keep digging bits off the main plant and replanting elsewhere). Maybe dig it up and separate out the roots of the buttercup (Autumn would be a better time but you could do it now if you replant the Geranium quickly and keep it well watered).

Or else, extremely carefully spray off the buttercup with glyphosate weedkiller (do not let any spray touch the Geranium - use a bit of cardboard to shield it if necessary). Be prepared to wait several weeks for the weedkiller to work.

No1 - the yellow looks like nipplewort - horrible weed that seeds everywhere.  Get rid of that one.

No2 - The pink plant looks as if that might be some sort of cranesbill which was probably planted originally.

No 3 is the common annual poppy.  Can be very pretty but seeds everywhere.  the plant will grow anything up to 3 feet.  Has a very strong smell to it.

No 4 could be either self sown currant or a self seeded perennial geranium (if the bottom of the plant looks 'knobbly' it's a geranium.  I would plant this somewhere else.
