  How about a properly oganised outdoor storage area; treated timber shelves to store flowerpots, as mentioned sacks of leaf mould, compost, yard broom, kindling, buckets etc.

  Yes I think so artjak and possibly an extra potting area for when the greenhouse gets a bit full...... A summerhouse...hammock .....ok dreaming now
