    Sorry the growth patchy things on the leafs? it seems to be curling / killing some of the leafs.

    Might be damage from thrips.

    what do i need to do to sort this problem out? or is it okay?

    Lots of folk are now using Neem oil spray, which is a natural oil that can be used as an insecticide.  As it's an edible crop, you need to be careful wabout what you use and would avoid commercial bug sprays.

    Are you over watering if it looks more christals like it could be oedema  chillies don't like to much water , water when there nearly wilting they don't like wet roots, this is just a thought.
