Help identifying bugs on strawberry plant

So I just noticed several of these bugs on my strawberry plant, not sure what they are, can anyone help?  They're about 1mm long.  Also, I have several similarly sized brownish ones in the soil, what should I do for treatment?  I'd like to avoid chemicals, and really hope to keep the plant alive; it doesn't seem to be affected by the bugs yet, but they've only been here for a few days I think.
