Whats happening to my tomato plants?

Hi,

Can anyone advise whats happening to my tomatoes?

These plants were thriving in my conservatory until I moved them to my mini greenhouse a couple of days ago.

What do you think?

Thanks

Jason

Is the mini-greenhouse open during the day?  They look as if they could have been scorched by the sun shining too strongly on them through glass or plastic

  • Hi Jason, id agree with Dove so maybe put them outside on a window sill or sheltered spot  during the day and put back into ghouse at night for a while and not be watering them too much as they tend to thrive on a little neglect ie: water once they start to dry out a bit and always from the bottom and they could also have bit of sunburn from watering from above then stuck in greenhouse where sun has got to them. Hope this has helped as im a new gardener myself and found out lots of solutions from reading posts from Dove and others....i think we are always learning. Good luck and let us know how you get on. image

Thanks everyone, the greenhouse hadn't been open, and they are in full sun, so sounds like your right.

    Out they come, as suggested.

I haven't watered then from above, but will try watering a little less and see how they get on.

    Thanks again everyone.
