Please can anyone identify this plant,it seems to have suddenly appeared, its a lovely plant with glossy dark green leaves.and seems to grow about two inches per day . The only thing I planted there last Autumn were small irises which have appeared as large ones

The picture is tiny but could it be a teasel?
the photo is really tiny herbgarden even when you click on it
hope this isn`t too big , but it shows more what it`s like . It could be a teazle it` s a bit sharp on the top
