Commonly known as the Dragon tree. Yes, lovelly spec.
yes, a dracaena, probably Dracaena Marginata.
Doesn't need very much water. Only water when the soil starts to feel dry. Doesn't need very much light either. Will grow well near a north-facing window and out of direct sunlight.
