in Problem solving

Good morning all,

i have 2 chilli plants in greenhouse grown from seed, one of them the leaves droop, it appears to be growing. Any ideas.

    All I can think of is that it's short of water.Do they droop all the time or when it's sunny maybe it needs some shade.

    It does droop in the sun all the time, when I move it in the shade it does recover a bit, but not completely.
