Overgrown fuchsia. Too late to prune them?

Hi,
I have two overgrown fuchsia. I have a tiny garden and they are massive. Is it too late to prune them? If not, how do I cut them?

you can virtually cut them to the ground if you need to , and they'll spring back
Better later but better now than not at all. Fuchsia are incredibly forgiving.
