Good Bug or Bad Bug??

Thanks in advance - anyone know if these are good bugs or bad bugs? found on my Lupin and Foxglove!

    I think that's a Flower Bug, which is definitely a Gardener's Friend, as it feeds on aphids. image

    In the case of most other insects in my garden, I work on the principle of 'live and let live' - I squidge Lily Beetles 'cos they have no natural predator in this country, and I wipe bad infestations of aphids from rosebuds early in the season until the ladybirds, wasps and bluetits get to grips with them.

    All other insects are left alone to do whatever they do image

    Ah thanks a lot! Only been into gardening and plants for a year, some truly amazing plants out there, i was amazed by these, never seen them before but knew i wanted some!!!!
