is this Deutzia?

Hi, I saw this flowering in a garden I passed the other day and not sure if it's a species of Deutzia? The flowers don't seem to be quite flat enough. It's about 2.5 metres wide and has bare stems at the base. Any ideas?

    Hi, yes that was my other thought but the stems don't seem woody enough. Whatever it is it's a stunning specimen!

     

    Oh, but now I've seen your photo it does look like that!

    They both get woody with age
