could anybody please give me simple instructions on how to post a picture on this site please

Use the tree icon then insert pic from file on computer upload button, press ok to the writing bit that comes up then wait a bit you will see your pic then push ok
What I do with mine is look at the pic I want to upload then right click edit in paint programme resizing button - reducing size down to about 30% saving it - then uploading on gw forum, then when you click on the image it allows it to be see it bigger rather than script - but your photo may be able to be seen the first way bigger so try it
