  My delphiniums are only about 12" tall Verdun shouldn't need staking yet every cloud has a silver lining

  Thanks for all the info, im glad i went out yesterday and supported anything vaguely tall as its PROPER windy right now, would have been gutted if anything was damaged!! Nice one
