Help! Whats wrong with my Pieris

Hello,

The leaves on this are turning brown and the plant looks to be dying, I have a couple more in the garden that look similar. They got a late frost this year that killed all the new growth, but it seems to be carrying on back into the plant.

Any ideas anyone?
