Dahlia planting

good morning all now that the threat of frost is supposed to be over??? do I insert the Dahlia tubers into the border in their pots, or do I decant and plant them out.? looking forward to your expert advice, thanks in advance.

Hi Dorcas, yes they are in the GH but I think they may have been wet.......I'm not brave enough to walk to the bottom of the gerden in gale force winds so will check tomorrow. Thanks.
