Aubergine

I was given an aubergine plant at the weekend which I watered well and now it looks very sad with wilted leaves and shrivelled fruits. Is there anything I can do to revive it ?

Where have you placed it Robin?  They need to be under glass to survive in the UK and, given the current temps, even a cold greenhouse may not be warm enough right now.

Hi Bob Thanks for the reply. It's in the conservatory were my seeds are thriving.

Sounds like it should be fine there.  I would hold-off on the watering for now and see if it picks-up.  It might just be the change of environment from where it was before - some plants are a bit fussy like that.  Only water it again when the top half inch of the compost is dry just in case the roots are a bit waterlogged while it is recovering.
