Drooping Osteospermums

I bought a few Osteospermums and although they are healthy otherwise, their flowers  seem to droop a lotimage   They aren't allowed to dry out, but I just wondered if anyone has had a similar problem with theirs drooping?

One of mine is doing the same.  Several purchased at the same time and planted in the same bed with the same conditions.  I can only assume one had been over/under watered at the garden centre but didn't show at the time.  I'll just have to see if it recovers.

  • Thanks Verdun, I've noticed that the compost in the pots they came in was dry and the surface caked, so the water had been running off.    I've since re-potted them, but still the same thing is happening, I don't over-water, so don't think it's that.

Perhaps I might just put them into the ground, I've had them in terracotta pots for a couple of weeks now, but intend to put them into wall baskets shortly.
